We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) who is eager to contribute to a variety of land development, site design, and infrastructure projects while continuing to grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, design, and development of civil engineering projects including site development, drainage, utilities, and roadway improvements
Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and construction documents
Develop and review plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies
Support permitting and approval processes with local and state authorities
Conduct site visits and field inspections as needed
Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
EIT certification required; PE license preferred (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe)
0–6+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required)
Strong understanding of site design, grading, drainage, and utility systems
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience with land development and municipal infrastructure projects
Familiarity with local permitting processes and regulations
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
Client-facing or consulting experience
