We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) who is eager to contribute to a variety of land development, site design, and infrastructure projects while continuing to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, design, and development of civil engineering projects including site development, drainage, utilities, and roadway improvements

  • Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and construction documents

  • Develop and review plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software

  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies

  • Support permitting and approval processes with local and state authorities

  • Conduct site visits and field inspections as needed

  • Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

  • EIT certification required; PE license preferred (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe)

  • 0–6+ years of relevant civil engineering experience

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required)

  • Strong understanding of site design, grading, drainage, and utility systems

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with land development and municipal infrastructure projects

  • Familiarity with local permitting processes and regulations

  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams

  • Client-facing or consulting experience
