Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required, EIT or PE preferred
- 2-6 years of experience in civil site design and land development
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Perform site design work including grading, stormwater, utilities, and layout
- Prepare and develop construction documents from concept to final plans
- Collaborate with project managers, surveyors, and planners on technical deliverables
- Assist with calculations, technical exhibits, and quality control
- Grow through mentorship and hands-on technical project work
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance (covers 80% of employee and dependents' premiums with HSA and copay plan options), dental insurance (80% covered), short- and long-term disability, 401(k) with up to 4% match, strong mid-year and year-end bonuses, generous PTO covering vacation and sick leave, and additional leave for life events such as bereavement and parental leave.
