Civil Designer

Your role will center on designing innovative and sustainable greenfield single-family subdivisions, participating in projects from initial stages to post-construction support. Key duties include crafting detailed civil engineering plans for development initiatives, generating plans for grading, roadways, storm drains, and utilities using Civil 3D software, and aiding in stormwater management, erosion control, and obtaining necessary permits. You will actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with an EIT certification being advantageous. A minimum of two years in land development design, particularly in residential subdivisions, is required. Proficiency in Civil 3D, including roadway profiles and utility design, coupled with familiarity with stormwater and erosion control, is essential. We value detail-oriented professionals capable of working under tight deadlines, and experience with HydroCAD, Hydraflow, and Bluebeam is beneficial.
