Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in land development; including site plan design, roadways, permitting, erosion/sediment control (ESC) design, and experience in stormwater management (SWM). Utility work experience, i.e., laying out water mains, sewer (gravity or force mains), gas pipelines, etc. a plus.
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of AutoCAD experience
- Minimum 5 years of Civil 3D experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of site grading and drainage
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure design to include sewer, water and paving
- Ability to develop comprehensive construction document set
Additional Skills:
- Identifying project scope and budget management
- Knowledge of MS programs such as Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
