WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This full-time position follows a consistent schedule of 8:30 AM–6:30 PM.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our Chiropractic Clinic Operations Assistant, you'll ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for patients from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities include scheduling, patient communication via calls, texts, and emails, assisting with therapy services, managing payments and data entry, and supporting providers in delivering efficient care, all while making patients feel valued.

Customer-facing experience with patient interaction in a fast-paced environment, punctuality, and clear communication skills while using office systems for scheduling, data entry, and payment handling are preferred.
