As an Assistant Director, you get to:

Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have previous management experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed daycare or child care facility.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must meet state requirements for education (Bachelor's degree completed or in progress), and additional center/school requirements may apply.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay ($24.38-$25.33/hourly) based on position, education, and experience, with bi-weekly & daily pay options.
