Chief Underwriting Officer - Casualty

General Placement Serviceis recruiting on behalf of an A+ Rated, rapidly growing insurance carrier with a national reach. They seek to hire a Chief Underwriting Officer to drive growth, enhance business strategy, all while providing leadership. The successful candidate will reside in Phoenix, AZ with relocation assistance provided if needed.

The products provided are Casualty focused

In this role, you will:

- Implement & oversee underwriting strategy

- Maintain high-performance sales
- Enhance broker relationships

- Cultivate a high-production based work culture

To be qualified, you must have:
- 15+ years of Commercial Lines Underwriting experience
- Previous Sales & Marketing experience

- Experience in Excess & Surplus Lines and/or wholesale markets are preferred

- Bachelor’s degree and industry designations are preferred
