We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. This individual will drive the organization’s financial strategy while remaining closely connected to day-to-day operations. The CFO will provide financial insight to support complex decision-making, strengthen operational infrastructure, and guide the company through its next phase of growth.

This role requires a leader who can think strategically, execute operationally, and communicate financial performance clearly to executives, the Board of Directors, and external stakeholders.

OVERVIEW OF THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER ROLE:

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and lead the company’s overall financial strategy in alignment with short- and long-term business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on financial planning and strategic initiatives.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and insights to executive leadership and the Board.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.

Operational & Capital Management

• Manage cash flow, capital structure, and financial resources to support operational needs and growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance profitability.
• Assess and mitigate financial and operational risks.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee internal controls, financial policies, and external audit processes.
• Maintain strong governance practices and financial transparency.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner with investors, shareholders, and key stakeholders to communicate financial performance and strategic direction.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on workforce planning, compensation strategy, and regulatory compliance.
• Support cross-functional teams in driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER:

• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO or equivalent).
• Strong background in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working closely with executive leadership teams and Boards of Directors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through growth and organizational change.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present financial concepts clearly and effectively.
• Collaborative leadership style with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
