A growing, early-stage company with proprietary technology is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and scale the business. The company has developed a patented wearable heating and cooling solution with applications across healthcare, military, outdoor recreation, and consumer markets.

This product is designed to improve comfort and performance in environments where temperature control is critical. Early use cases include medical professionals, field personnel, and consumers in cold-weather or variable-temperature settings.

This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with significant upside. The company is in its early stages, and the CEO will play a key role in shaping strategy, driving growth, and bringing the product to market. Equity or profit-sharing structure is expected to heavily favor the CEO upon successful execution.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead overall business strategy, execution, and growth initiatives
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans across multiple industries (medical, military, consumer)
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and capital strategy
  • Drive sales and marketing efforts to generate revenue and market traction
  • Build and manage key partnerships, vendors, and distribution channels
  • Establish operational processes to support scalability
  • Evaluate product strategy, including power systems, manufacturing, and commercialization approach
  • Align company direction with long-term growth and profitability goals

Requirements:
  • Strong background in business planning, finance, and operational leadership
  • Experience driving sales, partnerships, and revenue growth
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business from an early stage
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the company externally
  • Prior executive or leadership experience preferred, but high-potential individuals looking to step into a CEO role are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in wearable technology, medical devices, consumer products, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
