Chief Estimator

Fortune Electrical Construction LLC is a premier electrical contractor specializing in large-scale projects over $1M. We're looking for a Chief Estimator to lead our estimating team, drive accuracy in bids, and ensure our continued growth and success.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee the estimating department, ensuring competitive and profitable bids.
• Develop accurate cost estimates for large commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to determine scope and risks.
• Manage preconstruction efforts, working closely with project management and field teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Implement and refine estimating processes, tools, and best practices.
• Mentor and develop junior estimators to strengthen our team.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of electrical estimating experience, with a strong background in large-scale projects.
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry pricing.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong proficiency in estimating software and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
