Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in biology, chemistry, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry
- Proficiency with chromatography techniques such as HPLC, UPLC (IEX, SEC, HIC, RP)
- Strong experience with analytical testing, data analysis, and electronic data documentation
- Excellent organizational, computer (Microsoft Word and Excel), and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot laboratory equipment and perform minor repairs
- Prior experience with cGMP or cGLP practices and electronic lab notebooks is preferred
- Experience analyzing therapeutic proteins and using Empower software
- Knowledge of capillary electrophoresis and two-dimensional separation methods
- Experience preparing buffers, solutions, and working in sterilized environments
- Bachelors degree in biology, chemistry, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience in a GMP environment, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry
- Willingness and ability to work at both the West Point and North Wales, PA sites (miles apart)
- Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, inspection-ready laboratory environment
