Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for both our restaurant and catering division. This role is responsible for menu development, kitchen management, food quality, staff leadership, and the successful execution of exceptional dining and event experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly balance restaurant service with catering operations, including both intimate gatherings and large-scale events held on-site and off-site.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations for the restaurant
Create, test, and build high-quality recipes for restaurant and catering menus
Standardize recipes to ensure consistency in flavor, portioning, and presentation
Plan and execute both small private events and large-scale catered functions
Manage on-site and off-site catering logistics and event execution
Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor kitchen and catering staff
Oversee ordering, inventory control, and vendor relationships
Monitor food costs, reduce waste, and ensure profitability
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef with restaurant and catering/event expertise
Strong ability to execute high-quality service for intimate gatherings and large-scale events
Demonstrated experience creating and developing recipes and menus
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and event-based hours
