Your Role: As our Chef/Kitchen Manager, you'll own the kitchen operations and help shape Toast's future. Your responsibilities include:
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff, with hiring and training authority
- Handle ordering, inventory management, and food cost control
- Create seasonal menus that reflect our creative spirit
- Work all kitchen positions to lead by example and understand every station
- Maintain quality standards and operational efficiency during service
