Great Northern Events, 202 Brix Winery, and Firebox Pizzeria are seeking a visionary
Chef Partnerto lead and build a complete culinary program inside a renovated historic building in downtown Williston.
This is an entrepreneurial leadership role with true ownership not a typical chef job.
What You ll Lead:
Full culinary program for the event venue
Winery tasting room food (charcuterie, small plates, pairings)
Firebox Pizzeria with a wood-fired oven
Menu development, sourcing, and vendor relationships
Kitchen team building + culture creation
