Clinical Role – No Front Desk Duties

 Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Certified Medical Assistants to join our growing healthcare team. The Medical Assistant will support providers in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Family Practice environment, caring for patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.

This role focuses strictly on clinical responsibilities, assisting physicians and ensuring efficient patient care throughout the clinic.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints

• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures

• Perform clinical duties such as injections, EKGs, specimen collection, and basic lab procedures

• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)

• Provide patient education and instructions as directed by providers

Travel to other clinic locations when required (for designated roles)

Education:

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program such as:

• MEDIX

• All-State Career School

• Fortis Institute

• TESST College

Certification Required:

• NHA

• AMT

• AAMA

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Family Practice

• Experience working with pediatric through geriatric patients
