Responsibilities:
- Support the OCM Lead in coordinating and executing specific change assessments and activities
- Draft or coordinate OCM deliverables (e.g., communications and training artifacts)
- Complete assigned deliverables accurately and on time, adjusting quickly as plans evolve
- Manage communications and/or training calendars to ensure quality deliverables are drafted, reviewed, approved and released on time
- Track action items, decisions and next steps; follow up to ensure progress and closure
Requirements:
- Agile and adaptable: comfortable working in ambiguity, shifting priorities and fast-paced environments; able to hit the ground running and learn as you go
- Reliable and accountable: follows through on commitments and meets deadlines even as plans evolve
- Organized multitasker: manages multiple workstreams, calendars and deliverables simultaneously
- Clear and effective communicator: collaborates well across teams and keeps stakeholders aligned
- Proactive and detail-oriented: identifies risks, gaps or dependencies early and takes action
- Efficient and quality-focused: turns around deliverables quickly and incorporates feedback constructively
- Growth-oriented and curious: willing to learn new tools and processes
- Positive, collaborative mindset with a solution-oriented approach to work
- 3+ years’ experience supporting large, complex projects in fast-paced, changing environments
- 3+ years’ experience supporting OCM and/or training functions (e.g., Change Management Practitioner, Learning Program Manager, Instructional Designer)
- Experience drafting and delivering effective communications across multiple channels and stakeholders (e.g., email, PowerPoint, Viva Engage, SharePoint, technical documentation, business process documentation)
- Experience working in agile environments (i.e., able to work iteratively and quickly)
- Experience supporting deliverables with multiple reviewers or approval steps; ability to navigate conflicting feedback with decision-makers
- Familiar with project tracking, calendars and planning tools (e.g., MS Outlook, Jira, Excel, SharePoint)
- Bonus: Familiar with Copilot and similar tools to support efficient ways of working and rapid, iterative production of deliverables
- Prosci or similar OCM certifications helpful
