Certified Surg Tech – Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current NBSTSA certification required. This facility will only accept NBSTSA certificate; no exceptions.
• Virginia state license required or pending status acceptable. Traveler may begin with a temporary VA license if the VA license is in pending status.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a CST in the OR with documented experience in Robotics, General, Gynecology, Urology, Bariatrics, Orthopedics and Trauma.
• Experience with DaVinci robotic systems and orthopedic surgical procedures.
• Ability to meet on-call requirements of approximately 6–8 calls per week, which can include weekends.
• Preferred: prior experience in a high-volume hospital setting and familiarity with 4x10 schedules. (Preferred item only.)
