Join Our Leading Healthcare Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Are you a highly skilled CRNA seeking a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional anesthesia care in a dynamic setting? We are looking for dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our esteemed department on a flexible start date beginning June 22, 2026. This role offers a challenging and fulfilling environment where your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes across multiple surgical specialties. Be part of a large, collaborative team supporting diverse procedures in a vibrant hospital and outpatient surgery center network.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Current certification as a CRNA and valid state license (or compact license) to practice independently.
  • Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience.
  • Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS preferred.
  • Ability to work consistently every week with no part-time options.
  • Flexibility to work 40 hours per week across various shift configurations (5x8s, 3x12s, or 4x10s).
  • Willingness to rotate to multiple ambulatory surgery centers in Lexington, Irmo, and Northeast Columbia, with a travel frequency of up to once or twice weekly.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (Epic highly preferred) and familiarity with anesthesia equipment such as Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps, and Draeger anesthesia machines.

Desired Additional Skills
  • Experience supporting anesthesia in diverse settings including main hospital ORs, IR, cath labs, EP, OB, MRI, and other non-OR sites.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability to shifting schedules and dynamic caseloads.

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing with specialization as a CRNA.
  • At least two years of clinical anesthesia experience in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements
  • Ability to obtain or hold a current state license; we accept compact licenses for expedited credentialing.
  • Willingness to travel and work at multiple locations within the Lexington area.
  • Credentialing process takes approximately 60-90 days.
