What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled, patient-centered occupational therapy services in home settings
• Assist in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans under an OT’s supervision
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies to improve daily function
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and care teams for coordinated care
• Document progress and communicate effectively with the team

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program
• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Nebraska
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-first approach
• Ability to work independently with the support of a team
