Independence Rehab is actively seeking a Part-Time or PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Cascades at Sugarland in beautiful Sheridan, Wyoming.

What You'll Do
Treat occasionally clinically complex patients
Demonstrate proficiency with all types of transfers
Provide adaptive ADL retraining
Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary rehab team
If you'd like support strengthening any of these skills, we're happy to provide competency training.
What We're Looking For
Preferably 1+ year of SNF experience
A licensed, caring, and passionate COTA
Someone who enjoys working with the geriatric population
Newer SNF clinicians with the right mindset are encouraged to apply
