Kidzoola Therapy Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our beautiful, therapist-owned pediatric clinic.

We welcome both full-time and part-time candidates. Part-time hours are ideally after school, while full-time positions offer a broader daytime schedule. We are happy to discuss flexible scheduling options with the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Montana (or ability to obtain)
• Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program
• Pediatric experience preferred, not required
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

We welcome both new graduates and experienced clinicians.

What You’ll Do

• Provide pediatric OT treatment sessions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Implement treatment plans and goals
• Deliver engaging, play-based therapy
• Collaborate with caregivers and teammates
• Complete documentation clearly and promptly
• Participate in supervision and team meetings
