Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. In this role, you will provide quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, focusing on helping residents achieve their maximum level of independence and improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with implementing therapeutic programs and interventions designed by the Occupational Therapist.

• Encourage and support residents in regaining daily living skills and achieving treatment goals.

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident progress.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Current COTA licensure .

• 1 year of experience. 

• Prior experience in a SNF or similar setting preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to adapt to patient and facility needs.

• Covid-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine status required.

Contract Role:

• 36 hour guarantee

• Start Date: ASAP

• Contract duration: 13+ weeks
