Certified Nursing Assistant

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85009

Pay: $20/hr.

Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension

Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts per week | Day and night openings

Setting: Correctional

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direct supervision of licensed nursing or medical personnel.

• Obtain and document patient vital signs, histories, and chief complaints.

• Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures.

• Perform basic clinical procedures, tests, venipuncture, and laboratory-related tasks as assigned.

• Transcribe provider orders and assist with appointment scheduling and follow-up.

• Maintain adequate supplies and cleanliness of exam and procedure rooms.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license

• Completed N95 respirator fit testing.

• Current BLS and First Aid certification.

• Minimum of 1-year of recent experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is required
