Certified Nursing Assistant

Introduction:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist with activities for our Pediatric population  to ensure that patients receive the best possible care as well as assisting with facility needs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment

• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Health Care Aid certification preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a Pediatric Setting

• Compassionate and patient demeanor

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedules

• Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility, as needed
