Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide Needed in Cobb County Part-time

Responsibilities:

The Home Health Aide is responsible for carrying out health care and homemaker tasks, in accordance with the care plan developed by a registered nurse or licensed therapist, to assist an elderly or disabled client. These tasks include assistance with personal care, ambulation and exercise, and household services essential to the well-being of the client. The tasks are performed at the client’s home.

Tasks include:

• Assist with bathing, grooming and dressing

• Assist with toileting, feeding and ambulating

• Assisting with walking and home physical therapy

• Medication reminders

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation

• Available to work full-time

• Current CNA certification in the state of Georgia

• Experience with the elderly and disabled population is preferred

• Ability to lift 75 pounds

You can choose from the following structure:

• $15 per hour or $20 per visit
