CNA Job Details:
Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: St Albans City, VT
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
Pay Rate: $24 per hour
Contract Length: 8+ Weeks (potential to extend)
Shifts Available: 8-hour shifts | Days, Evenings, or Nights
As a CNA in a skilled nursing facility, youll play a vital role in patient care by:
Providing direct patient care and daily assistance with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and hygiene
Taking and recording vital signs accurately
Assisting RNs and LPNs with clinical duties and resident care
Promoting a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
Ensuring proper documentation and communication with the healthcare team
Current Vermont CNA license (Certified Nursing Assistant license required)
BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 12 years of recent experience as a CNA, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care
Compassion, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
