Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Richmond Health Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. Our CNAs play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents in a professional and respectful environment.

We are currently hiring for 12-hour shifts:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning

• Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Assist with feeding and hydration needs

• Document care provided according to facility policies

• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members

• Provide compassionate and respectful care to all residents

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care

• Ability to lift, move, and assist residents safely

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
