Position Details:

Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, mobility, and feeding

- Observe and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff

- Promote dignity and respect in all resident interactions

- Maintain clean and safe environments

- Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care

Requirements:

- Active Colorado CNA license

- BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

- Minimum of 6 months recent experience in long-term care

- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented

- Strong communication and time-management skills
