Position Details:

• Shift: 12-hour shifts | 3 days per week

• Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Facility

• Status: Full-time contract (36 hours/week)

• Start Date: ASAP or upon availability

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, mobility, and feeding

• Observe and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff

• Promote dignity and respect in all resident interactions

• Maintain clean and safe environments

• Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care

Requirements:

• Active Colorado CNA license

• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

• Minimum of 6 months recent experience in long-term care

• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented

• Strong communication and time-management skills
