Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week
Shift: Day Shift (Variable)
Pay Rate: $22 – $24 per hour (based on experience)

Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This role is essential in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting residents’ comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor, record, and report vital signs and any changes in condition to nursing staff
• Support patient mobility, transfers, and proper positioning
• Provide toileting assistance and incontinence care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols
• Accurately document patient care and observations

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Prior experience in a Long-Term Care or nursing home setting preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
