Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
Schedule Options: 4x8s or 5x8s
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation support
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes in condition
- Support nursing staff with clinical tasks and patient care needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting dignity and respect
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal healthcare regulations
- Active Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Starting pay at $22/hour
- Full-time, stable hours with 4x8 or 5x8 schedule flexibility
- Evening shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
- Every other weekend requirement
