What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay:

• Consistent Schedule: Full-time, 3 shifts per week (6 AM - 6 PM)

• Weekend Balance: Just 4 weekend shifts per month

• Career Growth: Nursing Tuition Reimbursement - earn up to $500/month toward your nursing program

• Sign-On Bonus: $250 paid out at 30 days, and another $250 paid out at 90 days

What You'll Do:

• Be the friendly, reliable face answering call lights and supporting residents' daily needs

• Assist with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more

• Support residents with dignity and respect by monitoring comfort, preferences, and dietary needs

• Document intake/output as needed and promptly report condition changes to nursing staff

• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families

What We're Looking For:

• Current CNA certification

• Compassionate communication with coworkers and residents

• A willingness to learn and follow state, local, and federal long-term care guidelines
