What You’ll Do
Prepare and administer medications accurately and on schedule
Follow the Five Rights of Medication Administration at all times
Collect and document patient vital signs
Maintain accurate, confidential medical records
Work closely with nursing staff and providers to support patient care
Promote safe, consistent medication practices for a diverse patient population
