The Role
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our fast-paced and growing medspa team. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to everything they do.
You’ll work closely with our clinical team to deliver high-quality weight loss and wellness services while creating an outstanding experience for every client who walks through the door.

What You’ll Do
Perform weight loss injections in accordance with protocols and scope of practice
Support weight loss checkups and ongoing patient follow-ups
Assist with PRP Hair Restoration services and teeth whitening treatments
Deliver an exceptional client experience through a friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude
Educate patients on services, aftercare, and treatment expectations
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism of treatment rooms and clinic areas
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations and patient flow
What You’ll Need
Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential compliant with North Carolina regulations
At least 1 year of hands-on clinical experience (medspa, wellness, or similar setting preferred)
Experience administering injections (or strong comfort level within CMA scope)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A consistently positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Must be available to work Saturdays and Mondays (2–3 times per month, no exceptions)
Candidates must be able to provide professional references as part of the hiring process.

$18.00–$20.00 per hour plus commission incentives (earning potential above base rate)
