Responsibilities:

• Clinical:
• • Assist provider with patient care during clinical days (M,W,F)
  • Perform various clinical tasks, including phlebotomy and casting
  • Prepare patients for surgery, including obtaining health history, scheduling appointments, and providing post-operative follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Team Lead:
• • Recruit, select, orient, and train new medical assistants
  • Oversee daily operations of the medical assistant team
  • Address staff concerns and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Ensure adherence to all practice policies and procedures
