Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Start Date: Target start the week of April 6
Location: Clinic setting

We are seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a patient-focused medical practice that blends primary care, women’s health, wellness services, infusion therapy, and immigration physicals. This clinic emphasizes quality care and meaningful patient relationships, with providers spending approximately one hour with each patient to ensure thorough and personalized treatment.

This role supports the clinical team in both patient care and clinic operations. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and administer injections/shots

• Assist with patient intake and clinical support

• Complete insurance pre-authorizations

• Maintain inventory and order medical supplies

• Support office management and daily clinic operations

• Document patient interactions using Atlas MD (similar to Epic)

• Build strong rapport with patients and provide a welcoming clinical experience

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience

• BLS

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Required

• Experience with EHR/EMR charting systems (Atlas MD or similar to Epic preferred)

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for patient care

• Ability to manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities
