Certified Medical Assistant

We continue to grow at Cornerstone Dermatology & Surgery Group in Lee's Summit, MO and we are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our stellar team. Previous dermatology experience is not required - we are eager to train the right candidate.

We provide compassionate, expert medical and surgical dermatology care in a comfortable office setting. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and service
• Assist provider in clinic and surgery
• Ensure efficient patient flow
• Obtain patient medical history
• Provide patient instructions and education
• Follow-up with patients regarding labs, biopsy results, and post-operatively
• Set up and sanitize of exam rooms
• Answer patient phone calls
• Schedule procedures and appointments
• Clean and sterilize medical instruments

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Friday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

Qualifications

• Current Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant
• BLS Certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
