Department: Float Pool Staffing

Schedule: Must be available during the hours of 7A-7P Monday-Friday; 40 hour work week; floating to all locations in greater North Indianapolis Region. Weekends optional if there is a need.

Sign on bonus: Float Pool Incentive

• Provider Assistance: Support Physicians and APPs in patient examinations, clinical treatments, and real-time medical charting/transcription.

• Patient Intake: Streamline the patient experience by conducting interviews, recording vitals, and ensuring treatment rooms are clinical-ready.

• Administrative Oversight: Execute essential clerical tasks, including record filing, scheduling support, and inventory procurement.

• Clinical Environment: Maintain high standards of facility cleanliness and stock levels to support daily medical operations.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Medical Assistant obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Certified or Registered both accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Prior MA experience preferred
