Schedule: Full Time, Days
Monday-Tuesday 8:00am-5:00pm, Wednesday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 7am-1pm.
What You Will Do:- Lead the clinical patient flow by preparing patients for examinations and assisting providers with outpatient procedures to ensure a seamless, high-quality visit.
- Coordinate the continuum of care by managing referrals, follow-ups, and specialty communication to bridge the gap between the clinic and outside providers.
- Support patient health literacy by translating complex physician orders into clear, actionable education plans that empower patients to manage their health at home.
- Streamline treatment implementation by accurately executing clinical orders and documenting patient progress to maintain an airtight record of their long-term care journey.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- One or more of the following required:
- Medical Assistant specializing in Registered obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
- Certified Medical Assistant obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
