Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Clinic Role
Overview:
Join Medical Edge Recruitment as a Certified Medical Assistant in a dynamic clinic setting in Dallas, TX. This immediate opportunity offers a 13-week contract where you will play a vital role in patient care, assisting with rooming patients and measuring vital signs. If you have scheduling experience and thrive in fast-paced environments, this position provides an excellent platform to advance your clinical skills while making a meaningful impact on patient health.
Pay Rate: $20 per hour or $800 weekly
With comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and ancillary coverage; referral bonuses; and stipends for travel and housing.
Required Skills:
- Must have previous scheduling experience
- Ability to assist with rooming patients and taking vitals
- Capable of managing approximately 20 patients per day
- Previous inpatient clinic experience preferred
- Proficiency in Caribbean blue scrubs preferred
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Certified Medical Assistant credential (CMA)
- Prior clinic experience, particularly in inpatient settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to work DAY shifts, 8 hours per day
- Must successfully complete a state-mandated criminal record check
- Additional requirements include flexible availability for the contract duration and adherence to facility guidelines.
