  • Primary work location will be Ballantyne, with occasional floating to the Matthews clinic as needed.
  • Will support both regular clinic operations and the infusion clinic schedule.

What We're Looking For:

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED – Required
  • Medical Assistant Certification – Required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire
    • CMA – American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
    • CCMA – National Health Career Association (NHA)
    • RMA – American Medical Technologists (AMT)
    • American Registry of Medical Assistants (NHCWA)
    • National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
    • National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP)
    • American Allied Health (AAH)
    • RMA – American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA)
    • Candidates must provide proof of current certification from one of the following approved registries:
  • If not currently certified, the candidate must:
    • Obtain certification or registration by the end of the 6th month of hire
    • Sign an education agreement

Experience

  • Previous medical office experience – Preferred
  • Refer to Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096

Licensure /Certification

  • Current CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire – Required Life Support Training per NH-HR-3096 – Required Current State Driver’s License – Required (Palliative Care roles only)
