We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support a well-run, employer-sponsored primary care clinic in Beavercreek. This is a weekday-only role offering flexible weekly hours and the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.

This clinic focuses on preventive care, chronic condition management, and employee wellness. The environment is structured, organized, and patient-centered with a steady pace compared to traditional outpatient or hospital settings.

Position Overview

• 13-week contract assignment
• Temp-to-hire potential
• Flexible 28 to 40 hours per week
• No nights
• No weekends

Weekly Schedule

Monday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for visits by collecting vitals and updating medical history
• Assist providers with exams, treatments, and minor procedures
• Perform EKGs and administer injections within scope
• Document accurately in the EMR system
• Support efficient clinic flow and a positive patient experience

Ideal Background

• Active Certified Medical Assistant credential
• Outpatient or primary care experience preferred
• Comfortable working in an EMR environment
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Reliable and able to commit to a consistent weekday schedule
