Certified HVAC Technician

EDS is looking for a certified HVAC Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll perform HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs for healthcare facilities, commercial clients and multifamily properties. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality work, values safety, and enjoys working in environments where attention to detail truly matters.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure optimal performance
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Ensure compliance with all HVAC industry codes, safety, and facility regulations
• Maintain accurate service documentation and work orders
• Collaborate with property and facility teams to meet project timelines

Position Details

• Temp-to-Hire position
• 30–40 hours per week
• On-call availability, with some nights and weekends as needed
• Travel as required for project assignments
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, on-call with some nights/weekends

What We're Looking For

• Certified HVAC Technician
• Experience in healthcare, multifamily, or commercial environments a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR
• Able to pass background and drug screening
