Job Requirements- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.
- Certifications Requirements: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required; CPR and Food Handler certifications preferred.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience in dietary management within a long-term care setting.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 8-5 shift; excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently; valid drivers license and reliable transportation; must meet facility infection control and safety protocols.
