Compensation:

  1. Salary: $45,000- $65,000/yr based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee meal planning, preparation, and dietary services
  2. Coordinate with other departments to provide integrated patient care
  3. Develop and implement dietary plans and quality assurance programs
  4. Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure food safety standards are met
  5. Lead, train, and support dietary staff


Qualifications:

  1. Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian certification required
  2. Previous supervisory experience in a dietary or nutrition setting preferred
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills
  4. A commitment to providing high-quality elderly care and meeting nutritional standards
