Arlington Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center is currently seeking a Certified Dietary Manager for our skilled nursing facility in Birmingham, AL. If you have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment while helping meet the nutritional needs of our residents, this is your opportunity! This role will assist in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards while ensuring that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis. Minimum Qualifications:
- Certified Dietary Manager in the State of Alabama (Preferred)
- Minimum of two years' work experience
- Must have Supervisory and Management experience in Dietary
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
