Center Mental Health Specialist

Job Location: Wellness Clinic Youth Center (Milwaukee, WI)

Job Position: Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) (Contract/1099/Independent Contractor)

No-cost education and career technical training program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor that helps adolescents and young adults improve the quality of their lives through career technical and academic training. The hours at the clinic fall between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. We offer excellent hourly compensation, and professional liability insurance.

Job Description:

Here is a list of some of the mental health care managed at the clinic;

Mental health assessments for applicants and students to examine mood, behavior, thinking, reasoning, and other areas related to emotional wellness.

Provide training and development as necessary.

Collaboration with mental health specialist for short-term counseling, the center’s medical staffs, and Wellness staff.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist with The Locums Company, LLC. The Locums provider will work on-site and provide mental health care to student patients in accordance with their professional specialty and expertise. Focus is on mental health assessment as it relates to the future employability of the students. Also, TLC offers excellent contract compensation, and professional liability insurance.

Job Requirement:

Must have Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) License in Wisconsin

Must have a Doctorate’s degree

Must have 1 year experience with adolescents under clinical license

Must be willing to work up to 25 hours a week

Must have CPR certification or willing to obtain CPR certification

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

No weekends
