Bauman Landscape and Construction is hiring a CDL Truck Driver to operate volumetric cement trucks and haul aggregates to construction job sites throughout Northern California.

This is a local driving role with consistent work supporting grading, utilities, and concrete operations.

We're looking for a safety-focused, reliable driver who takes pride in professional service and equipment care.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate volumetric cement trucks
• Haul aggregates and construction materials to job sites
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate load and delivery documentation
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Coordinate with dispatch and field teams for timely deliveries
• Provide professional interaction with customers and job site personnel

What We're Looking For

• CDL Class B required (Class A preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Clean driving record (no DUIs)
• Must meet company insurance requirements (25+ years old)
• Strong understanding of DOT compliance and safety standards
• Interest in operating volumetric cement equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded

Compensation & Benefits

• $44 - $52 per hour
