10-4 Logistics USA seeks full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers in Lansing, MI, including recent CDL school graduates and candidates with limited professional driving experience. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I-35. Equipment, freight, and schedule:

Training program (for eligible recent graduates):

• Fully paid three- to five-week training program for candidates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• Training curriculum includes safe tractor-trailer operation, ELD use, trip reporting, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, equipment securement, and company procedures.
• Progress is evaluated through supervised driving and competency assessments prior to independent assignments.

Primary responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, state laws, and company policies.
• Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries, maintaining on-time performance across assigned routes.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; perform and document daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Secure freight and equipment according to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers and report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
