10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers based in Frankfort, KY, including recent CDL school graduates and candidates with limited professional driving experience. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, with operations primarily east of Interstate 35 and serving the eastern United States. Compensation and benefits:

Equipment, freight, and schedule:

Training program (for eligible recent graduates):

- Progress evaluated through supervised driving and competency assessments prior to independent assignments.
Primary responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, state laws, and company policies.
- Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries, maintaining on-time performance across assigned routes.
- Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; perform and document daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report vehicle defects.
- Secure freight properly and follow company loading and unloading procedures when required.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members to support efficient operations.
